You may feel overwhelmed by their many attempts to use your social media, your mental health history, and even your PTSD against you.
Perhaps you feel powerless to set the boundary for fear that you will lose a real or imagined support system. Whatever it may be it is important to understand what emotional extortion entails so that you can become stronger in your attempts to protect yourself.
