Our society is highly motivated by “extroverts” and sadly, our job market is beginning to seek for the extrovert. There was a time in history where introversion and independence were highly preferred. Today, groups and extrovert personalities intensely crowd our workplace and the style of individual’s. Just ask a therapist like me!
