Parental Responsibility Act: Paying for the crime of your child

Last week I spoke about holding parents responsible for the violent behavior of their child. The question right now is: “Should we hold parents responsible or should be not?” This debate has arisen again with the recent tragedies including minors retaliating or harming others in school districts.
