Racial Trauma For Young People Is Tricky

Racial trauma isn’t something we talk much about.

One of the reasons why is because we don’t fully understand the toll it takes.

We don’t fully understand that racial trauma is like any other trauma one can experience.

It is scary, destabilizing, intimidating, and overwhelming.

That’s why I wrote this book — it’s every bit of what our young people need today.
