TRUST ISSUES IN RELATIONSHIPS

Trust issues in relationships are often developed in childhood, especially if you have grown up in a toxic family dynamic.

The parent-child relationship is the most important (and first) relationship a child can learn all the relationship skills they need from.

But some grow up to become adults who find it very hard (if not impossible at times) to trust other people.

They live a life of paranoia fear, fear of abandonment, mistrust, and suspicion.

A toxic family dynamic often sets the stage for this kind of approach to life.

In this live chat, I discuss the psychology of trust issues.
