It’s important to understand that sociopaths and unhealthy people can trigger PTSD symptoms and other trauma symptoms such as hypervigilance, increased anxiety and alertness, nervousness, and increased heart rate. You may also find yourself experiencing flashbacks and increased fear because of the things done to you.
In other cases, the sociopathic and/or unhealthy person may pull you into their complex and confusing mentality. It’s important to practice a few basic steps that I will be discussing in today’s video.
