mature parents are difficult to deal with and live with. Everything they do is wrong and no matter how hard they may try, they end up disappointing their child.

As an adult, you may have tried to “re-approach” the relationship from a mature point of view and find that things still aren’t working. It isn’t always because of you but rather that immature parent who never learned the skills they needed to raise you, support you, and properly love you. The reality for some parents is that they believe they are ready to be parents and raise a child.

When that child becomes an adult, some parents believe things will get easier. In most cases, things can get easier. But in a small percentage of cases, things either stay the same or worsen.
