A feeling of shock and numbness in PTSD can cause you to feel detached from reality. It can also lead to dissociation, confusion, and poor concentration. If you have come from an unhealthy family or home environment, you are likely to experience some kind of PTSD.

As stated in my previous video on this topic (see comments section), flashbacks may invade your space and cause shock, numbness, and even impact your mood.
