When You Decide To Walk Away From Family
When you decide to walk away from family it can impact you in both positive and negative ways.

No one wants to just walk away from their family, even if the family is toxic and unhealthy.
It typically takes a lot for someone to draw the conclusion that their family it toxic and there are no other viable options to live life continually in this dynamic.
As a result, going no contact (in whatever form that would be) seems to be the best option to help “erase” years of intergenerational trauma, poor communication, jealousy and envy, nonstop toxic behaviors, control and manipulation, and even fear and anxiety.
In this video, I discuss the psychology of living life alone after walking away.
